(From either the Southern State Parkway to 41A), the (Northern Parkway to 45N), or the (Long Island Expressway to 53N) Take either to the Sunken Meadow Parkway (Sagtikos) North. Continue north to Exit SM4W – Pulaski Road (West). Take Pulaski Road to the second traffic light and turn right onto Bread & Cheese Hollow Road. Take Bread & Cheese Hollow Road, and go two blocks to Rochelle Lane (turn right). The office is located in the first house on the left #7.
